We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your package. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be attached.
Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or pet hair will not be accepted.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, clearance products, and intimate apparel (such as swimwear or lingerie for hygienic reasons) are non-returnable.
Our registered corporate office address is for administrative purposes only. Please do NOT mail returns to our corporate office, as they cannot be processed there.
Contact Us First: Send an email to contact@lucybelles.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with the correct warehouse return address and necessary documentation.
Ship Your Package: Securely pack your items and send them to the designated warehouse address provided by our customer support.
Note: Unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund is approved.
Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Did your order arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong item? We are so sorry! Please email us immediately at contact@lucybelles.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will expedite a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
